To ensure the smooth operation of our business and to accommodate other clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations made within 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the price of the booked treatment.

2. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.

3. In the event of a no-show or failure to provide the required notice for cancellation, the full treatment price will be charged.

4. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur, and we will consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
